Walling Grove Owners Association, Inc. will hold is Annual Meeting of Owners on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.  The meeting will take place at the Pleasant Point Clubhouse, 8 Barnwell Drive, Pleasant Point, Lady's Island, SC.  Immediately following the meeting will be a Social Happy Hour featuring complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

 

IMPORTANT!!!   ALL OWNERS WERE MAILED A MEETING PACKET THAT INCLUDED A PROXY FORM.  PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN THE PROXY FORM REGARDLESS OR WHETHER OR NOT YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE MEETING.

 

A Quorum is Required to Conduct Business At Our Annual Meeting.  If you designate a proxy and attend the meeting, management will account for your attendance and remove your vote from your designated proxy.

 

As an enticement to attend this important Annual Meeting, the Association will again have a Grand Prize drawing for all those present at the meeting to will a $200.00 Credit toward your 2012 Annual Dues.
