By-Laws Amendment Ballot

A newsletter and by-laws amendment ballot has been mailed to each property owner regarding a change to the covenant requirement for a quorum needed at the annual meeting. Currently our covenants require that a 50% quorum be present in order for any association business to be conducted. The Board is seeking to change this requirement to 35% of the membership.
It's not too late! Return your signed amendment ballot using the pre-paid envelope prior to the annual meeting which is currently scheduled for November 21, 2013.
