Online Forms: These will be digitally submitted to the members of the ARB
- ARB Construction Application - Use this Electronic Form for any projects that involve new construction, the building of accessory structures or involve additions to an existing structure.
- ARB Miscellaneous Application - Use this Electronic Form for all other projects not described by the Construction Application above.
** These forms can also be accessed and submitted by using the Request Manager feature under the Members tab.
More Information on Construction Projects:
Construction projects normally take a little longer to receive ARB approval. The ARB formally meets once a month, usually prior to the regular Board Meeting. All construction related documents must be submitted to the ARB at least TWO (2) weeks prior to the ARB meeting. The Homeowner and the Builder must be present at the ARB meeting, which will help to expedite your approval. Once approved, you will receive confirmation from the ARB.
Other than Construction Projects:
Non-construction projects will normally be approved within a week of submitting your ARB Miscellaneous Application along with all supporting documentation.
